What we do with the information we gather and why we gather it:
We may be required to verify mystery shoppers or consultants with whom we work. Identification such as driving licence or passport will be requested in these circumstances. We may also be required to obtain bank details in order for reimbursement of expenses to be made directly to the mystery shopper or consultant.
We DO NOT store ID information but will keep a record of numbers such as passport or driving licence number as evidence of checks made. Where a mystery shopper or consultant does not undertake any work for a period of 12 months all records will be destroyed or upon request.
ID and Bank Account Information for mystery shoppers or consultants only: Where we need to obtain bank account details to make a reimbursement of expenses, you will be required to provide bank details at the end of each period of work as we do not and will not retain bank details for any purpose.
From time to time we may also use your information to contact you in order to update you about any news we feel may be of interest or to advise that your agreement is coming to an end. We may contact you by email, phone, or mail. You are able to tell us you do not wish to be contacted for this purpose at any time and withdraw your consent by contacting us either by e-mail, phone or via our contact form on our website.

Should you contact us via direct message please keep the detail brief. We will store the message via the social media platform for 7 days or until we have dealt with any query whichever is sooner.
